Refund/Return Policy
Returns are available for flawed bottles only. If you discover a flawed/corked bottle, you may return it at least 2/3 full in exchange for a replacement bottle (if available) or full refund.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 25% deposit is collected at the time of booking. Increases in headcount must be communicated via email at least 24 hours in advance. We may not be able to accommodate additional guests less than 24 hours in advance due to product or space limitations. No-shows are charged in full.
