Expect red vines, black plum, and a hint of charcuterie on the nose, with just the right balance of acidity and depth.

Fermented in stainless steel, then aged in a mix of steel, concrete, and neutral oak, it keeps things bright and easygoing. Serve it slightly chilled with anything from roasted chicken to fried snacks.
