A classic from CVNE (Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España), one of Rioja’s most historic producers, this Cava is made in the traditional method in the Penedès region of Catalonia, where Spain’s sparkling wine tradition comes to life. Built from the classic trio of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, it’s crisp, clean, and refreshingly structured, with fine bubbles and a dry, energetic finish that makes it an easygoing benchmark for everyday sparkling wine.
