High in the hills of Castellina in Chianti, Tregole is a tiny, high-elevation estate where Sangiovese is shaped more by altitude and wind than anything else in the cellar. The result is a pure, energetic Chianti Classico with firm structure, bright acidity, and a distinctly stony, cool-climate feel that makes it one of the more quietly compelling expressions of the appellation.
