2024 Mary Taylor ‘Jean Marc Barthez’ Bordeaux Blanc – Bordeaux, France – 12% ABV
A classic Entre-Deux-Mers style white, typically blending Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grown on limestone-clay soils. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics and freshness. Citrus, green apple, and herbal notes are balanced by subtle roundness from Sémillon. Clean, structured, and highly food-friendly.
