Jim Clendenen, the late founder of Au Bon Climat, built his legacy on crafting Burgundian-style Pinot Noirs in California long before it was fashionable. The 2023 vintage continues that vision, sourced from select vineyards across Santa Barbara County where cool Pacific breezes and morning fog preserve freshness and nuance. Aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry, and rose petal mingle with subtle spice and a whisper of earth. The palate is silky and lifted, with bright acidity and supple tannins giving balance and length.
