2023 Wonderwerk ‘Marinara’ is built on carbonic-macerated Montepulciano, which gives it bright, juicy plum and tomato notes, while Teroldego adds depth and earthiness. Zinfandel brings vibrant acidity and cherry flavors, and a touch of Grenache rounds it out with plush fruitiness.
Sustainable & Unique Vineyards – One of the vineyards, Marsh Creek, is literally nestled inside a retirement community, where residents help tend the vines and even make their own wine at home! Another, Heringer Estates, is a seventh-generation family farm, certified sustainable under Lodi Rules.
Minimal Intervention Winemaking – This wine is native fermented, aged in neutral oak, and bottled unfiltered and unfined.
