2023 Ebner-Ebenauer Grüner Veltliner Poysdorf – Weinviertel, Austria – 12.5% ABV
A village-level expression from Poysdorf, this Grüner captures the freshness and vibrancy of the region’s cooler sites. Fermented primarily in stainless steel, it preserves bright aromatics of green apple, citrus, and fresh herbs. The palate is crisp and linear, with a lively acidity that makes it exceptionally food-friendly. A clean, precise introduction to both the grape and producer.
