Bouzeron is the only AOC in Burgundy dedicated solely to Aligoté, and Nathalie Richez captures its essence with clarity and finesse. This wine is crisp and linear, with notes of lemon peel, white flowers, and crushed stone. It’s a bright, focused white that proves Aligoté’s rightful place in Burgundy’s hierarchy.
