The 2022 Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon & Fils Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes is a refined expression of Pinot Noir from the heart of Burgundy, France. Crafted from old vines rooted deep in the limestone-rich soils of Gevrey-Chambertin, this wine offers remarkable concentration and depth. With an ABV of approximately 13.5%, it balances richness with elegance, showing layers of dark cherry, violet, and earthy spice. Guillon’s signature use of new oak brings subtle toasty notes, adding complexity without overshadowing the fruit.
