The Fleuriet family farms organically and biodynamically across the chalk, flint, and limestone soils that define Sancerre, proving the region has far more to offer than just Sauvignon Blanc. Their Pinot Noir is light to medium-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral edge that feels like Burgundy’s adventurous cousin who spent a few summers in the Loire Valley.
