2021 Ebner-Ebenauer ‘Ried Hermannschachern’ Grüner Veltliner – Weinviertel, Austria – 13% ABV
Sourced from the Hermannschachern vineyard, this Grüner Veltliner reflects the loess and limestone soils that define Weinviertel’s most expressive sites. The 2021 vintage leans into structure, with layers of ripe apple, citrus zest, and the grape’s signature white pepper spice. Extended lees aging adds texture and depth, giving the wine both richness and precision. A saline, mineral-driven finish underscores its site-specific character and aging potential.
