2021 Bertrand Stehelin ‘Sablet’ Côtes du Rhône Villages – Rhône Valley, France – 14% ABV
From the Sablet village, known for its sandy and limestone soils, this blend is dominated by Grenache with Syrah support. Traditional fermentation and aging in neutral vessels preserve varietal expression. The wine shows blackberry, garrigue herbs, and spice with a structured but approachable palate. A classic southern Rhône profile with village-level depth.
