  • •This is made by the third-generation Loi family at Cardedu. They work organically, hand-harvesting from a variety of vineyard site and fermenting with natural yeasts
  • •Cannonau is Sardegna’s version of the Spanish Garnacha and the island of Sardinia’s most widely-planted grape. ‘Caladu’ is the Sardinian word for sunset.
  • •Sardinia has been an untouched area for food and beverage, but its climate has been shown to create some of the most nutrient dense food and wine in the world.
