Sourced from Premier Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs, this 100% Chardonnay Champagne reflects the precision and longevity of the exceptional 2008 vintage. The chalk-rich soils of villages like Vertus and Cuis provide a pronounced mineral backbone, while extended lees aging builds depth and autolytic complexity. The wine shows lemon curd, green apple, and white flowers layered with brioche and toasted almond. Taut acidity and fine mousse carry through a long, saline finish, making this both structured and age-worthy.
