2018, 1865 Carmenere Selected Vineyards – Maule Valley, Chile – 14% ABV
Carmenere, originally from Bordeaux but now Chile’s signature grape, thrives in the warm Maule Valley. This bottling showcases its hallmark profile of dark fruit, green pepper, and spice. Careful vineyard selection and controlled fermentation preserve balance and structure. The result is a rich yet polished wine with soft tannins and a long finish.
